Sellers will have a comparative market analysis (CMA) done. This is a tool we use to estimate the value of your property by comparing it to other homes on the market. Together we will come up with a listing price that fits the current market and that you’re comfortable with.

Quick Buy Option
Another option offered is QuickBuy. This program offers three different types of offer:.
-QuickBuy’s Immediate Offer: This is an immediate offer to our sellers allowing them to close in as little as 14 days. Within 48hours you will have a competitive offer eliminating any house maintenance, cleaning, and showings.

This is one of the most important parts to selling your home, that many agents look over. The photos of your home get hundreds to thousands of views and is always the first showing to your home. If they don’t like what they see, they won’t be coming in person for a showing. This is why I always do professional photos for my sellers on my dime no matter the cost of the home being sold.
